ARTP enhanced the yield and properties of A. carbonarius tannase by changing the enzyme structure and cell metabolism. This study provides a theoretical basis for elucidating the molecular mechanism underlying high production of Aspergillus tannases. © 2022 Society of Chemical Industry.
