SIGNIFICANT FINDINGS OF THE STUDY: High PD-L1 expression was linked to low miR200b expression, whereas low PD-L1 expression was linked to high miR200b expression in human lung cancer patients. Thus, miR200b overexpression or silencing can control PD-L1 expression in cancer cells.
