Job satisfaction of health workers at a Vietnamese University Hospital and its predicted factors: A cross-sectional study.

University hospitals need to improve the healthcare workers' job satisfaction. It is recommended that special human resource strategies should be developed focusing on keeping satisfying older healthcare staff by recognizing their contributions and providing appropriate benefits based on their positions in the hospital.
