The effects of Baduanjin on physical function, daily living activities and quality of life in patients with stroke: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Baduanjin is probably an effective rehabilitation method to improve balance, motor, trunk, neurological functions, daily living activities, and quality of life in stroke patients. However, the result of Baduanjin in improving walking function is unstable, and further high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm the results.
