GMSC-Exo could promote the osteogenic differentiation of PDLSCs. There could be mutually exclusive regulatory roles between the NF-κB and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways in a periodontal inflammatory environment. GMSC-Exo exhibited an effective cross-regulation ability for both two pathways.
