Anti-diabetic mechanism and potential bioactive peptides of casein hydrolysates in STZ/HFD induced diabetic rats.

These results suggested that activation of non-insulin mediated AMPK pathway might be the determinant mechanism of P-FCH on hypoglycemic effect.
