AQP4-IgG seropositive NMOSD arose in the context of quiescent SLE and pSS with extraglandular features. As NMOSD coexisting with SLE/pSS is rare, collaborative multicenter studies are needed to clarify the natural history and outcomes of this overlap syndrome.
