Biometric Differences between Unilateral Chronic Primary Angle Closure Glaucoma and Fellow Non-Glaucomatous Eyes.

In unilateral PACG, there was significant inter-eye difference in anterior and posterior segment parameters. Longitudinal comparisons are required to further understand the differences in pathology of angle closures.
