• The ShtCMR lasted 21 ± 9 min and the StdCMR 45 ± 11 min (p < 0.0001). • In 57% of patients with MINOCA, the experienced reader considers that contrast medium is probably not necessary for diagnosis without affecting the patient's diagnosis (99% of agreement rate between ShtCMR and StdCMR).
