OFO1 was associated with improved OS, PFS, and receipt of adjuvant therapy in all glioblastoma patients with IDH-wildtype and MGMT-methylated tumors. Awake craniotomy was associated with achieving this optimal OFO status. Preventing deficits was more important than complete surgery.
