By implementing this framework, schools can foster understanding, trust, and collaboration, leading to better educational outcomes for students. The findings have implications for school administrators, policymakers, and educators seeking to improve communication during crises and can facilitate more effective communication and parental engagement beyond health crises. Further research Is needed to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of implementing the framework in real-world crises. Moreover, healthcare professionals like pediatricians, psychologists, and school nurses are crucial in disease control in schools.
