Patients with KTS undergoing orthopaedic surgical intervention necessitate a multidisciplinary approach to care. This case demonstrates that THA in Crowe IV hip dysplasia with an associated subtrochanteric shortening osteotomy can be safely and successfully performed through an extensile DAA in this population.
