Exergaming therapy shows promise for the rehabilitation of PD. However, this overview was unable to conclude with certainty that exergaming therapy is superior to conventional physical therapy in improving gait, balance, or quality of life in people with PD. The effectiveness of exergaming therapy in the treatment of people with PD still need to be verified by high-quality studies.
