In summary, our study proposes that the expression of lysosome-related genes is associated with the immune microenvironment, serving as a predictor for HCC patient survival. Meanwhile, RNF19B was identified as a novel prognostic marker for predicting overall survival and immunotherapy effects in patients with HCC.
