Hidradenitis suppurativa and social disadvantage: A nationwide administrative data study of the French hospitalized population.

We demonstrate a significant association between HS and low SES in the adult population. In children between 7 and 17, low SES was associated with obesity and tobacco consumption, but not with HS when the populations were matched on these confounding factors.
