<p>This study revealed the detrimental effects of CIP treatment on locomotor activity and motivation/learning ability during osteoarthritic condition, which might be due to, at least partially, deficient hippocampal BDNF expression and ensuing impairments in neural and synaptic plasticity.</p>.
