[Evaluation of the effectiveness of the compression method for infiltration anesthesia of the mandibular molars].

Our own studies reflect the dynamics of change in the electrical excitability of the pulp of the first molar with the use of 4% articaine by compression method more intensively reduces the electrical reacrivity of the dental pulp depending on the concentration of the epinephrine: with the use of 1:100000, the advantage of the pressure technique is 19.3% and 1:200000 - 21.8%.
