Long-term physical and psychological outcomes after out-of-hospital cardiac arrest-protocol for a national cross-sectional survey of survivors and their relatives (the DANCAS survey).

The study will be conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Surveys and registry-based research studies do not normally require ethical approval in Denmark. This has been confirmed for this study by the Region of Southern Denmark ethics committee (20192000-19). Results of the study will be disseminated via several peer-reviewed publications and will be presented at national and international conferences.
