Bibliometric analysis of the scientific production of literature on peri-implant diseases in the Web of Science.

Scientific literature on peri-implantitis shows scientific growth in recent years, with a growing trend towards collaboration between authors and institutions. Most of the works have been published in high-impact journals, and in the last 2 years, more than half of the works have received some type of public or private funding.
