PTSD and parental functioning: The protective role of neighborhood cohesion among Black and White veterans.

Findings suggest that PTSD symptoms and neighborhood cohesion affect parenting differently across racial and family makeup configurations, and that higher neighborhood cohesion might be particularly useful in buffering the association between PTSD and parenting among single Black veterans.
