The WPAI-GH identified haemophilia-related morbidity and treatment characteristics, including therapy regimen and adherence, as key attributes impacting functional impairment and work contributions of PWSHA. Early prophylactic intervention and greater adherence to therapy may lead to lower AI and WPL in PWSHA.
