Association between the functional FCGR3A F158V and FCGR2A R131H polymorphisms and responsiveness to biologics in rheumatoid arthritis patients: A meta-analysis.

This meta-analysis demonstrates that FCGR3A V allele carriers show better responsiveness to rituximab, and FCGR2A R allele carriers may show a better response to biologics in RA treatment. Genotyping of these polymorphisms could be a useful tool to find associations with the responsiveness of personalized medicine to biologics.
