Histopathologic Findings in Large for Gestational Age Placentas and Correlation With CD15 Immunohistochemistry.

We conclude that LGA placentas have increased expression of CD15 in villous capillary endothelium and higher prevalence of FVM, DVM, and villous chorangiosis than AGA placentas.
