The Introduction of a Protocol for Esophageal Screening in Videofluoroscopic Swallowing Studies: Exploring Clinical Impacts and Barriers.

This study confirms that routine esophageal screening provides additional clinical information to assist holistic dysphagia management without adverse operational impacts. Further research with the multidisciplinary dysphagia team has commenced to continue to optimize and refine esophageal screening practice.
