Enhanced anti-wrinkle activity of adlay bran fermented with Lactobacillus brevis MJM60390.

In this study, we demonstrated that fermentation of adlay bran with L. brevis MJM60390 enhanced the anti-wrinkle activity through increasing the hyaluronan synthesis in keratinocytes and improving collagen and elastin production in dermal fibroblasts.
