The Nursing-Home Care Quality Perceived Levels from Patients and Caregivers: An Explanatory Study.

Patients and caregivers perceived an average quality of nursing-home care, giving particular importance to some nursing skills, such as listening skills. The general quality of nursing care was however satisfying. Findings suggested more incisive action from health-care nurses to improve quality of nursing-home care and both patient and caregiver satisfaction.
