Sciatic Nerve Entrapment and Transection in a Combined Pelvic Ring-Acetabular Fracture: A Case Report.

Consideration for urgent intervention should be given to patients who present with a sciatic nerve palsy in the setting of certain acetabular fracture patterns with residual posterior column displacement. Early recognition and intervention with neurolysis may help provide the best environment for recovery.
