Psychotropic monitoring is perceived by all HCPs as a shared responsibility; however, the conceptualization of monitoring differs between HCPs. HCPs' beliefs and attitudes require consideration when designing implementation strategies for interventions to ameliorate suboptimal monitoring practices.
