Our meta-analysis demonstrated that the risk of placenta accreta is reduced in women with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy. Further well-designed studies are warranted to testify the result and explored any potential mechanism association between hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy and placenta accreta.
