Preeclampsia risk after first trimester FMF preeclampsia screening may be stratified through mid-gestational routine uterine artery Doppler (UtAD) assessment. Pregnancy care should not be de-escalated for low mid-gestational UtAD impedance in those classified as high risk in the first trimester. Escalation of care may be justified in low risk women with high mid-gestational UtAD resistance.
