This study shows that TOHR can potentially increase functional capacity, muscle strength, and QoL in adults with SCA. Furthermore, there appears to be a relationship between 6MWD gains and muscle strength gains with TOHR.Trial registration: ClinicalTrials.gov identifier: NCT04705792.
