Study findings suggest that PCO and Nd:YAG capsulotomy rates are significantly lower in eyes implanted with the EyeCee One IOL compared to the iMics1 IOL. Optic sharpness and lens material seem to be the decisive factors, while the stepped edge beneath the haptic junction appeared to be ineffective.
