Nonoperative Management of Subclavian Artery Thrombosis in Pediatric Clavicle Fractures: A Case Report.

This case highlights the importance of a thorough neurovascular examination even in a mildly displaced fracture. Nonoperatively managed thromboses may be treated successfully without orthopaedic fixation or vascular intervention, although the natural history of this injury is likely not fully understood.
