Development and validation of the Highly Effective Health Behavior Pattern Inventory - Short Form.

HEBPI-SF is a reliable tool for the assessment of health behaviors of chronically ill patients. Considering previous findings of simple health behaviors significantly affecting health status, this survey tool for the assessment of health behaviors is useful for promotion and maintenance of healthy habits.
