Efficacy of Glucagon-like Peptide-1 Receptor Agonists in Overweight/Obese and/or T2DM Adolescents: A Meta-analysis Based on Randomized Controlled Trials.

This study showed that GLP-1RAs reduced HbA1c, FPG, and weight loss in overweight/obese and/or T2DM adolescents. Liraglutide is better than exenatide in terms of glucose reduction. Nevertheless, in terms of weight control, exenatide is better than liraglutide.
