Chronic poor sleep is associated with increased disease activity in patients with ulcerative colitis: Prospective observational study in Japan.

Concomitant chronic poor sleep may have a negative influence on the disease activity in patients with inflammatory bowel disease, especially in those with ulcerative colitis.
