BCBSMA's learning collaborative and intervention funding supported contracted providers in enhancing REaL data collection, implementing equity-focused interventions on a small scale, and evaluating their feasibility and impact. The collaborative facilitated learning among groups on innovative approaches for reducing racial disparities in quality.
