Psychometric Properties and Measurement Invariance of the Herth Hope Index in Spanish Cancer Patients.

The findings of our study contribute to the diversity of earlier empirical findings regarding the construct of hope. Despite this, our results indicate that the Spanish version of the HHI is a short, easy-to-administer, valid, reliable tool for evaluating cancer patients’ levels of hope.
