Brief Psychiatric Screening Questionnaire in Parkinson's Disease.

BPQ questions were able to accurately identify patients at risk of depression and anxiety but not apathy. It is brief and multifaceted and can act as a preconsultation tool to prompt further psychiatric assessment.
