Central nervous system, insomnia and meteosensitivity are common clinical conditions in patients with coronary artery disease. Inattention to them leads to insufficient effectiveness of specific therapy and worsening of the course of cardiovascular diseases. The GABAergic drug Anvifen effectively reduces CS, meteosensitivity and improves sleep. The CSI is a simple and informative tool for assessing cerebral dysfunction in patients with coronary artery disease and can be recommended for daily routine practice in order to optimize personalized medical care.
