Our results support the use of interstitial laser therapy in the first trimester of pregnancy complicated by TRAP sequence, showing a live birth rate of 92%. The results of a randomized controlled trial, evaluating early vs late intervention in pregnancy with TRAP sequence, are awaited. © 2019 The Authors.
