ABT is underutilised in the NHS, despite being identified as an effective intervention in other settings like the military, higher education, and government workplaces. Studies should explore whether wider NHS adoption is warranted. Robust monitoring and evaluation processes are critical to strengthening the available literature regarding the effectiveness of ABT in the healthcare context and engaging in global knowledge sharing across health systems.
