Surgical management, in conjunction with appropriate anti-TB medical therapy, may be a valuable component of the comprehensive treatment approach for select patients with TB-related cerebral disorders. The favorable outcome rate observed in this study suggests that timely and tailored surgical intervention can contribute to improved patient outcomes. However, larger, prospective, multicenter studies are needed to further elucidate the role and long-term efficacy of surgical management in this patient population.
