Development and effectiveness of a global health competency promotion program for Korean undergraduate nursing students.

There were no statistically significant differences between the groups in the pre-test homogeneity test. The international nursing group showed statistically significant improvements between the pre- and post-tests in global health competency, cultural competency, global health confidence and cultural nursing confidence.
