Bridging the gap: A new integrated early intervention service for young people with complex mental health issues.

hEIT appears to meet the needs of young people requiring greater care than primary care services can deliver. The integrated, wrap-around care coordination facilitates treatments across social, educational and health domains. Further exploration of young people who disengage from care, improved outcome data reporting and economic evaluation are indicated.
