Food, nutrition and the dining experience in aged care settings: Findings of a nationwide survey.

This study provides insight into the food service and mealtime practices of over a third of Australian RAC homes. The findings of this survey may help to identify key targets for intervention to improve the food, nutrition and quality of life of aged care residents.
