This study identifies modifiable determinants of resilience, framing the components of a training-skills based intervention to be properly evaluated. As HCP's support remains a major unmet need, this study is holding accountable hospital administrators, directors, policymakers, and the ICU leadership, for their commitment in sharing the responsibility of preventing and mitigating mental health symptoms in HCPs.
