The strains identified in this study exhibit the ability to partially mitigate peanut allergenicity and possess potential anti-allergic properties. Notably, Lactobacillus plantarum P1 and Lactobacillus salivarius C24 were identified as the most promising strains and were selected for further research. This article is protected by copyright.
