Investigating the effectiveness of Case-Based Technology-Enhanced workshops (e-Flipped vs. Online) among health worker nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The mean knowledge, attitude and behaviour scores in the intervention groups increased significantly more than that in the control group (p < .001). One week and 4 weeks following the intervention, the mean score of knowledge, attitude and behaviour in the e-flipped group was greater than that in the online group (p < .001). According to the results, e-flipped and online case-based workshops can improve nurses' knowledge, attitude and behaviour regarding thalassemia.
